Hi, I'm Shelby!

 

I fell in love with photography when I was 14. I purchased a Canon Rebel XS from Costco, and spent that whole summer taking photos of flowers and landscapes. I spent years always looking for reasons to take photos, often forcing my friends into 'photoshoots', but never pursued photography as more than a hobby.

 

After photographing my friend's newborn baby in late 2020, I decided it was something I really wanted to try. January 1st 2021, Little Honey B Photography was born - named for my son Brooks (who I call my honey B). I started focusing on newborn photography, but soon grew to love shooting couples, weddings, older children, portraits, maternity etc.

In 2023 I welcomed a second child and continued my love of photography by capturing her and my son's special bond. I really do believe photos are moments that last forever, and in the fleeting fastness of parenthood, I feel like this is a gift I will cherish always.
